We sign a long-term lease directly with you, the owner. You have one point of contact for the full duration of the agreement — no rotating tenants, no re-advertising the property every year, no guesswork about who's living there next.

Once the lease is in place, we fully furnish and prepare the property to a professional, move-in-ready standard, at our cost. From furniture to finishing touches, every home we manage is presented to a consistently high standard — because our own business depends on it looking that way.

We manage your property

We professionally host trusted guests — digital nomads, expats, students, and remote workers — for stays of 32 days or longer. Every guest is ID-verified before check-in, and we manage all communication, check-ins, cleaning, and maintenance directly, so you never have to.

Furnish and prepare

Is it Legal?

Yes — entirely. We only host guests for stays of 32 days or more, which means short-term rental restrictions never come into play. The only thing we ask from you is a simple clause in the lease confirming that subletting by Habiting is permitted. We handle the rest.
